Peel Regional Police Open House
 On Wednesday May 24, 2006, the Peel Regional Police held their annual Open House/BBQ for tenants of Pearson International Airport. YYZ Airport Watch was pleased to be in attendance for this years event.
The open house was a fantastic venue for our group to meet and speak with airport personnel. It gave us some fantastic exposure and the opportunity to inform and educate those in attendance on who and what the Airport Watch program is. Our sincere thanks go to A/Sgt. Al Gorrill who made it possible for YYZ Airport Watch to participate in this years event. We hope to participate again next year.
The Airport Watch committee enlisted the services of members, Derek Horsey, Richard Davy, and Ken Keen along with Committee Director Andy Cline to man our table. During the 3 hour event we were able to meet numerous employees and explain the Airport Watch program to them. Additionally copies of our latest newsletter as well as an information sheet were on hand to distribute to those interested.
