provides a nice summary of the annual visit to Goderich Aircraft Inc. The second visit of the YYZ Airport Watch to Goderich Aircraft Inc saw a smaller than usual group beefed up by Mark, Andy and Kieran over from the UK and Ireland. As per the last visit our gracious host, Andy Orr, was as ever eager to talk about both business and the history of all the aircraft onsite which included: A Canadian and a US registered C525 A newly refurbished and pristine B1900 heading to Indonesia with what must be one of the most expensive microwaves I have ever seen on board at $10,000. A beautiful 125 ex JOHNSON AND JOHNSON An ex Turkish registerd 125 going to the US A US registered 125 in for repair after losing an arguement with a golf cart A Gulf 2 stripped back to bare metal A Kingair Two Dornier 328 Jets and 980GC the ex Austrian DC9 starting its interior fit out. Biggest change since the last visit is that GAI now own Huron Airpark and hope this will allow them the opportunity to move on to bigger and hopefully better things. As always best wishes to GAI in their future endeavours from the YYZ Airport Watch. Today was also a double header and with our visit over at YCE next stop was Waterloo, YKF, and Hammond aviation. Hammond Aviation are the resident FBO and home to a certain F50 belonging to a company dear to the heart of my goodself, along with two ex Canadian Airforce T33's. We were lucky to be allowed into see T33's. Just as we were about to depart a Medivac S76 arrived and taxied in past the group as everyone scurried to dig their camera's out again.
